Let me introduce myself. My name is Patience Poling & I am a licensed Nail Technician. I have been licensed & working in the beauty industry since May 2018. I have been at Rural Roots Hair Company since July 2019. I specialize in gel manicures, hard gel, builder gels and nail art. Acrylic and pedicures are also available. I pride myself in staying on top of the latest nail trends while maintaining the health and integrity of your nails.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or same day cancellations. You will receive several reminders before your appointment. If something comes up, please reschedule 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Rescheduled appointments before the 48 hours window will not receive a cancellation fee. Emergencies will be a case by case basis. Excessive cancellations and reschedules will result in having to chance same day appointments only. Cancellation fee is required to be paid in full before you can schedule your next appointment.
